Shipping policy

At UMDA, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and promptly across Pakistan.

Shipping time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details, where available.

Order processing:

• We process orders Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders placed after business hours are processed from the next working day.
• During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery areas: We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and courier service availability. The 3-working-day timeframe covers processing and dispatch; arrival times may vary.

Shipping charges: Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping delays: Weather conditions, courier disruptions, public holidays, or high order volumes may affect processing and delivery timelines. We appreciate your patience if an unexpected delay occurs.
